I spent over 11 years in recruiting at companies including Google, Yahoo, Twitter, Amazon, Walmart, and Salesforce. I’ve hired across corporate, technical, and high-volume roles, giving me firsthand insight into how AI impacts hiring, talent strategy, and organizational risk.
